We WOULD ’see someone’ if there was someone suitable. But what does ’suitable’ mean. For many of us, no one is suitable.  I know I used excuse after excuse to avoid the inevitable.   After my long and painful experience with depression, anger and a range of other symptoms, I finally discovered peace of mind. Not from ’seeing someone’ but from a whole range of resources that when put together in the right sequence gave me peace of mind. I discovered that for most ‘normal’ people like you and I, depression is a symptom – NOT a disease.
